2. Messaging throughput

Each plan sets a maximum number of outbound messages per second across API sends and campaigns. Meta's per-number throughput limits still apply upstream.

3. Meta per-message charges

Meta bills your WABA directly for delivered WhatsApp messages. Rates depend on the recipient country and message category. We do not mark them up or bundle them into the subscription.

How Meta charges work

  • Rates are Meta's published USD list prices effective 1 October 2026 and may change. The recipient's country calling code decides the market.
  • Meta charges for delivered messages only. A failed or undelivered message is not charged by Meta.
  • Utility and authentication messages can have volume tiers above 80,000 and 100,000 messages per month respectively. Service messages include a monthly free tier per business phone number.
  • Marketing templates are not delivered to US numbers on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta's rate card still lists the North America marketing rate.
  • These amounts are paid to Meta, not to ClickMaker. They are not included in the platform subscription and are never marked up by ClickMaker.

* Service messages include a monthly free tier per business phone number. Meta can change rates and volume tiers. Always confirm the current rate card in Meta's official documentation before a large campaign.

Do plans include WhatsApp messages?

No. ClickMaker plans cover platform access, not WhatsApp traffic. Meta bills per delivered message directly on your own WhatsApp Business Account at Meta's published rates. We do not bundle messages into the subscription, cap Meta's charges or add a markup.

Are WhatsApp message charges included in the subscription?

No. Meta sets and bills per-message WhatsApp charges on your own WhatsApp Business Account. The ClickMaker subscription does not include a message allowance, and Meta charges are additional. They depend on the recipient country and message category and are shown in the Meta rate card on this page.

Is there a limit on team members?

No. Every plan, including Starter, includes unlimited team members and roles. Invite Owners, Admins, Managers, Agents, Developers and Viewers without buying seats or counting against a cap.

How much cloud storage do I get?

Starter includes 500 MB, Growth and Business include 2 GB, and Enterprise has a custom allowance. Storage covers media and attachments cached by ClickMaker. Media held by Meta remains subject to Meta's own retention rules.

What is messaging speed and why does it differ by plan?

Each plan sets a maximum number of outbound messages per second across API sends and campaigns: Starter 10 msg/s, Growth 30 msg/s, Business 80 msg/s and Enterprise custom. Meta's own per-number throughput limits still apply upstream.

Is API access included in every plan?

Yes. Every plan includes API keys, applications, webhooks and the REST API. Monthly API request and webhook delivery quotas differ by plan, and Enterprise can be sized to your traffic.

Which plans include MCP connectors?

MCP connectors for Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP hosts are included on Growth, Business and Enterprise. Starter includes the REST API and API keys but not MCP. MCP calls count toward the plan's monthly API request quota.

How is my currency and price chosen?

We detect your country from your request using country.is and show the matching localized price. At checkout, Dodo Payments applies the price rule for your billing country. We currently publish localized prices for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and India. Other countries use the USD list price.

Can I change my displayed country or currency?

Yes. Use the country selector on the pricing page to preview any supported market. The final currency is confirmed by your billing country during checkout and on your invoice.

Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business Account?

Yes, subject to Meta eligibility. Embedded Signup connects a WhatsApp Business Account and phone number that you own and control. ClickMaker never takes ownership of your business assets.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is 20% below the monthly price and is charged once per year. The exact annual amount is shown before you continue to checkout.

Is there a free trial?

New self-serve workspaces can start on a trial subject to eligibility and fair-use limits. Meta verification and messaging eligibility still apply, and Meta message charges are not included in a trial.
